The other day, I was thinking about how much attention we
pay toward other folk instead of to ourselves.
We look at people
Facebook,
Twitter, and YouTube. We judge ourselves against the things that they do. We say
“look at him. I’m glad I don’t do that”, but we fail to look at ourselves and
see what it is we actually do, what sins do we commit?

“look at him. I’m glad I don’t do that”, but we fail to look at ourselves and
see what it is we actually do, what sins do we commit? But, why judge ourselves by such low standards????
Why look at the worst person we can find and put ourselves against them? Well, because it is easy and it is painless.
As a matter of fact, it can feel pretty good to say “I am better than you.” Right??
However, when are we going to start looking in the mirror for our self-worth and stop looking at the world? When will we stop scrolling our timelines in an effort to increase our self-esteem?
We need to log off. We need to look in the mirror. We need to discover who we truly are!
Be Blessed!!
